Processing time and payment
Each item from our catalog is handmade to order. The time required for getting the shipment ready is 14-18 days depends on the model of the mobile. We accept payments through PayPal, your purchases covered by the PayPal buyers protection policy.

We always ship via Russian Post.
After sending any parcel we get a tracking number and send it to you via email.
Sometimes post services (USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia) are totally autonomous, and as we understand, they give each international parcel their own tracking number, that is why there are no any updates or they are very rare.

Can't be returned or exchanged
We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged: we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
International shipping disclaimer
